As well as providing support for our suite of software products we can also provide a broader range of technical support.
For example:
- Network and Desktop support – including remote and on-site technical support, backup and restore expertise, virus checking etc
- Network installation – Server and PC connectivity
- Wireless (Wi-Fi) networking
- Remote access to Remstar2 including home working
- Telephony systems and Broadband services
Note these services are NOT included in the support/licence agreements and are charged separately.
