Overview of features:

1. Customer and Contact Database – captures basic name/ address type information
2. Location Database – each customer may be allocated their own locations within a warehouse along with the type of storage e.g Container, rack, pallet etc
3. Item Database – this stores the details of your customers items (boxes), the status of the item (in or out) and any keywords you might want to record for future searches / retrieval.
4. Content Database – this stores the particular content (document) within an Item. Again it holds the status (in or out), keywords and any bookings that are currently uncomplete.
5. Booking Database – this is used for creating collections, deliveries and destructions. Items or contents can be added to the booking either manually or via a wedge barcode scanner.
6. Reports – A booking report can be produced listing all items / contents on the booking – this should be signed by the customer as confirmation of delivery / collection. The sytem also produces a Warehouse report.
7. Barcoding – To reduce clerical errors a barcoding capability exists to produce labels that can be attached to the Items or Contents.
8. Destruction – Reports can be produced listing items/contents due for destruction. This can be passed to the customer for confirmation and upon destruction a certificate number is recorded on the system.
9. Query facility to interrogate the data as required.

This is a fully working version of Archiver with the only restrictions being that it prints an Archiver Professional advertising banner on booking reports and it will expire 30 days after installation.
